Referee Report Forms

The two files lmsrefform.txt and lmsrefform.tex are versions of the London Mathematical Society's yellow form for referees. This is usually sent on behalf of members of the Advisory Board to referees to use to present their report on a paper submitted for publication. We encourage referees to submit their reports by e-mail and, if you use one of these forms, please return it to publications@lms.ac.uk. It will be logged and a copy forwarded to the Editorial Adviser responsible for the paper.

lmsrefform.txt is the plain text version of the form. You may cut and paste this form into an e-mail, adding your detailed responses to the questions.
lmsrefform.tex is a LaTeX version of the form. If you wish to send your form by e-mail using LaTeX, please write it on this form and return the LaTeX source code (NOT a typeset version) to publications@lms.ac.uk.
